Bug bites or chickenpox?

My 5yo woke up with a couple of bites on Tuesday but I did as well so thought it was just something flying around our bedrooms. She had her chickenpox vaccination on Wednesday, then this morning she has woken up with spots around her shoulder and under her arm. Now I can't figure out if they're more bites, a reaction to the vaccination or if she does actually have chickenpox (a friend of hers did 3 weeks ago).

She feels perfectly well and they aren't itchy. We haven't been sleeping in any other beds or had anyone sleep over recently so I can't see how we would have bed bugs.

It's all a bit confusing. We have plans to see people over the Easter weekend so I don't know what to do as I won't be-able to see a GP either. Does anyone recognise the spots?

Chicken pox can have an up to three week incubation period, so that would fit with the exposure to the friend...

The vaccine wouldn't normally cause a rash so quickly.

Here's some pictures of CP spots day by day. Could you take your daughter to a pharmacy? They can often recognise rashes.

Hi. No more spots appeared and the ones she had just disappeared after a while. So still a mystery! I imagine it was bites but it hasn't happened again since.
