DS is a technical genius!!

So far he has managed to permanently switch the answering machine to pick up after 2 rings and not 4, totally disable one phone, program one CD player to alternate songs on the disc not play in order (I didn't even know it could do that) and make another CD player repeat every disc.

Could he show me how to programme my video?

excellent! Set him loose in the kitchen, maybe he can programme the washing machine to load itself and do the ironing? My 14m old keeps setting the timer on my alarm clock - it takes me and my husband ages to switch it off and we still haven't figured out what combination of buttons it takes

I should actually try him out on hooking up the portable DVD player to the TV as I haven't quite figured it out yet.
