Hi my daughters dad is on her birth certificate , due to Domestic Violence social services got involved and put in place that he sees her in a public place with a 3rd party contact . He failed to do this and social told me to cut contact with my daughter and him so I did and He walked out her life nearly 2 years ago haven’t spoke to him since . I’m wanting to take her on holiday but people have mentioned that I need his permission to take her out the country , will this still apply to me? He won’t reply to any of my family when I’m asking him to write the letter ?
