Best stickers for school uniforms and belongings please? Thank you. My little boy starts Reception this year and want to be organised.

any other tips most welcome!!

For clothes, I prefer Cash's sew-on tapes. I've never tried their stick on tapes.

I use a stamptastic stamp for my kids clothes. The ink lasts ages and it’s so quick to do.
I use tinyme stickers for their water bottles and things. They normally do a free sheet of stickers by letter each day leading up to back to school. You have to pay postage but they have some cute designs

I prefer the ink name stamps, can be used on all belongings and last longer than the stickers.

We've been using My Name Tags since DD was in nursery. They've been through the wash and the dishwasher a million times. Clothes, tupperware, drinks bottles, teddy bears (nursery!)....

Added bonus, they're super cute so even all the staff know which things are DD's which is helpful because she leaves things everywhere!!).

As a teacher and parent my advice would be to get a stamp and stamp the actual item of clothing instead e.g the collar and waistband.

I’m so glad you started this thread - I’ve been a victim of buy cheap buy twice on the stickers.

If anyone has a tried and tested stamp company that would be amazing.

I just use a sharpie. You only need one for multiple children and it’s cheap to replace when you lose it. And solves the problem of when they are old enough to no longer want the unicorn name stamp you got when they were 4.

Sew in or stamp. Stickers are pointless, they either fall off, or get removed if someone is looking for a jumper, coat etc
