I applied for CMS. They managed to confirm my sons dad’s place of work, however he called them and claimed he has no fixed address. He is lying to avoid paying CMS as he said he would if I applied.
I have no contact with him due to abuse.
His family are also awful and have moved so no address. Is there anything I can do to have this overturned?
They have all the details related to his place of work. They said they need an address but nothing has come back on HMRC as he privately rents.
would his place of work not have an address? He works for Tesco.
