anyone have an idea what this rash could be? My child’s had it a few days, at first I thought a reaction to something, then I thought if it could have been viral as they had a cold last week. Absolutely fine in themself, no fever. Ive checked under a glass it disappears. It’s over their tummy, sides and lower back.
