Best book for parenting 10-13 year olds

I’m looking for a really good book with guidance on how to tackle parenting the pre-teen child.

Most of the highly rated books out there seem to be target on specific needs, such as ADHD etc. But I’m looking for a good general parenting advice for this stage of life. Evidence based and ideally a UK author.
