8 week jabs

Hi, my DS had their 8 week jabs a couple of days ago. We’ve had a few bouts of diarrhoea followed by some normal poos / some with green stringy bits in or an off colour to normal, vomit, coughing and generally they are not themselves. Anyone else who has experience of these jabs, how was your little one after? How long can we expect side effects to last for? FTM and just a little worried (I know these side effects can be normal, just looking to see what other’s experiences were in terms of when your little one was back to feeling ok). Thanks :)

Hi OP! Congrats on your little one ::) each of my 3 DC reacted quite differently every single time they had their imms. My youngest had a fever for about 24 hours, diarrhoea for about a week on and off but was generally grizzly and grumpy (I think she had a lot of tummy ache!) for about a week too. I can't remember whether it was the second or third set of jabs that didn't actually seem to bother them at all.

We've got the MMR jab coming up in two weeks now. I'm dreading it. Be kind to yourself - it's always worrying when the little ones are poorly. Hope yours feels brighter asap xxx
