Newborn hiccups / reflux tips?

I have a 2 week old baby - formula fed, who gets really bad hiccups every time she lays down. We feed her, burp regularly, keep her upright for a good amount of time afterwards, but as soon as we lay her down in bed she gets hiccups which really distresses her and sometimes makes her bring up milk. Is there any useful tips we could be doing?

I know it isn’t recommended to raise the head of the cot, nor do I feel like changing formula or giving infacol will help (as it’s not colic) - she’s generally a very happy baby otherwise. And obviously holding her for sleep just isn’t sustainable/safe during the night!

Any other tips greatly appreciated

My dd also gets hiccups quite frequently although it seems to have improved recently (she is 4 months now). The midwife told us it was quite normal. I seek to recall them mentioning sucking could help, so maybe try a dummy?
