Struggling with toddlers

I’m struggling so much with my toddlers aged 2 and 3 (11 months apart). Especially the youngest who seems to just cry non stop. I find myself shouting and I don’t want to do that. I feel like I’m triggered now everytime he cries. Any tips on how to stay calm?

It’s a hard stage and you have it double so I really feel for you. What is your routine like, any time in nursery?
Also do you get out and about? I always found if I had been to the park my dc were calmer and I maybe got a short chat with an other mum. Always felt better whether park, toddler group or just a quick pootle round the supermarket.
It will get easier but don’t be afraid to stick the tv on if you get to the end of your patience.

Really feel for you @sophy30, an 11 month age gap sounds hard.

Do you know why the crying upsets you so much?

I have an 11 month gap between mine as well although I’m still new to this as my youngest is only 11 weeks. Just wanted to jump on as I worry about how it’s going to be as they grow and I don’t know anyone else with such a small gap. I hope things get easier for you
