Plus fit kids swim suit?

Hi, anyone know where I can get a kids swim suit that is a generous stretch around the tummy? I usually size up but with swimwear you end up with baggy crotch as there’s too much length.

Would a tankini work? You might be able to find stores that sell the top and bottoms separately, so that you can size up in the top and keep the correct size in the bottoms. Amazon have lots, with tops that don't leave the midriff exposed.
