Rash on LOs face

Hoping someone is able to help!
My LO has had this redness/rash on his face for around 6 months now, every time he has been to the drs I have asked about it and got different responses for what it is each time. Last time I got told it was contact dermatitis and got prescribed steroid cream which hasn’t helped. Have also tried oilatum products. Has anyone elses babies had this? If so any advice on what to do?
Thanks so much in advance 😊

Following because my DS has the same and also unsure what is is. Does it feel rough/sandpapery to touch? DS has some mild eczema on his body and was told its also eczema but looks nothing like what's on his body so I don't think so. I was just told to keep moisturising it and not use any soaps on his face which I don't anyway.

My DS used to get a rash across his face and I realised it was because they were using a baby wipe on him after meal times. Could it be something similar?

Awww really, it’s strange isn’t it! He does have quite dry skin so I wondered if it could be eczema but with it not going with any of the creams I wasn’t sure! Yes it feels quite dry and rough to touch! X

Ooo yes maybe this could be it, maybe I will have to stop using the wipes and see if that helps! Thank you! X
