Window restrictors for toddlers room?

We are about to move our toddler into a bed and thinking about putting window restrictors on her windows just in case she tries to climb out when we are not with her (no sign of this yet though). Can anyone recommend some that are easy to install and easy to remove when no longer required?

If you use window restrictors do you put them on all upstairs windows?

We had Jaklok fitted to all our upstairs windows as DS was a climber! We had them installed by a handyman because we have uPVC windows and weren't sure about drilling into them. We've never got round to removing them so I can't comment on that.

Jakloks can be unlocked so you can open the window wide if required. There are two unlocking fixtures to choose from: one which requires a key to unlock, and one where you press a button while turning something (it requires hand strength and coordination that make it impossible for a toddler to do). Be sure to have the button-release fitting installed in at least one of your upstairs windows. It means that, should there be a house fire and you can't find the key because of all the smoke, you can still release the window restrictor and climb out, and the fire fighters can open the button-release ones by putting their hand in.
