Hi all

My 16 month old has had diarrhoea for 2 days (explosive and very unpleasant smelling). She had 2 bouts on Tuesday and 2 bouts this morning but hasn’t gone since. She did however vomit all over me at around 4pm today and once I bathed her she fell asleep after a few sips of water with some diarolyte in it.

If this is Noro - is it usually a 48 hour thing? And can I go by when the diarrhoea started on Tuesday?

So sorry that she's feeling poorly.

I'd watch for signs of dehydration and if you're worried at all call 111 fir some advice Flowers

If it's a farmyard/sweet smell I'd be wondering if it was C-diff, has she had any antibiotics recently?

No she hasn’t. More like rotten eggs if anything. Sorry for TMI!
