Do you have a court order?

I wouldn't be happy about it either.

Harleymum · 09/03/2025 20:42

No there's no court order in place

Absolutely NO CHANCE my kids would be in a house with an XL Bully. In a cage or not. No chance.

Then you can absolutely stop visitation, and he will have to take you to court where you can bring this up (I'm not sure what could be said/done about it though, you could maybe ask in Legal to see if anything could be enforced).

No way I would let my kid go there, I would say that he's welcome to see them at your house only

Yogre · 09/03/2025 20:45

Do NOT let your children into a house with an XL bully.

Yea it's scary I've seen it only on vid call but it's a huge male plus with rest of he dogs scares life out of me plus sum r un neutered an I tried to explain this to ex it's like a pack an also that if girls r in heat a neutered male will still want them an I dread if my girls goy in the way 😕

If it’s an xl bully is it registered with the police?

speak to social services about what to do. Tell them your concerns and ask advice about how to facilitate contact.

in the meantime you could stop contact and get him to take you to court for it. Or you could negotiate contact away from his home. Better to get ss involved, hopefully they’ll visit and assess.

No way would I allow my children in the house with an xl bully. Your no1 job as a mum is to protect your children, your ex obviously isn’t going to do it so you need to stop them going to that house.
