Omeprazole - reflux

My DS has been prescribed liquid omeprazole. He's 4 months old. His reflux seems to be getting worse, especially since we have been told to try SMA alfamino too. My question is, how important is it to wait 30mins after giving him omeprazole before giving him his bottle? If i don't wait 30mins will it stop the omeprazole from working. It's so hard when he's hungry screaming for his bottle in the morning.

I think it has to be given either 30 mins before a feed or 2 hours after. It's also best to do it in the morning. My 8 week old has recently been prescribed omeprazole. I would need to set an alarm for his first wake up, which varies, and I'd prefer not to wake him. He feeds every 3 hours, So I tend to give it mid morning, 2 hours after his second feed.
