Please no hate!

I took my DD's father to CM as we agreed for £100 a month and he couldn't keep to that & he wasn't making an effort to see her.

I've never stopped him seeing her, I've never asked him to do anything other than make the £100

Anyway CM have come with a monthly payment now of over £350 PM... now I feel riddled with guilt.

CMS is a tiny about percentage of his wage. Don’t feel guilty. It is your child’s money.

Op don't feel guilty. Can't believe you agreed to 100 a month, that doesn't go very far does it. And look at the difference in pay, that's going off his wage. Don't feel bad it's for your kid!

Don't be surprised if you don't get it . It doesn't take much for a dad to figure CMS system and you end up with nothing. Ex full time work same job 20 years at first they said pay £320 then he contested over and over said he had debts eventually I got the offered 48p after a year of back and forth I'm not joking. I tore up the letter 15 years ago and done it all on my own

Do you feel guilty you’ve mugged your child off and deprived them of money due to them possibly for years?
if so it’s understandable as he has been underpaying hugely….

if you feel sorry and guilty for the deadbeat arsehole you bred with I don’t understand.
Get a grip and Be a woman - Prioritise yourself and your child.
