I am in quite a desperate situation with my 2.5 year old. He has had a scab on his nose for MONTHS and it won't heal because he picks at it constantly.
His fingernails are chopped really short, I don't even know how he's still managing to do it.
Any cream we put on he wipes off instantly.
Please does anyone have any advice??
