I’ve recently went back to work full time - 5 days a week from 3 days a week and the guilt I’m feeling about leaving my child throughout the week is awful. Is it normal to leave u child in the week for 5 days. She loves nursery but I still feel the guilt

Lots of people do have to leave them and some choose to.

So common, and normal to find it hard too.

My DD is currently in five days a week (up from four last year) and her learning and friendships have ramped up so significantly since we made the change, so there absolutely are positives to more time in nursery :-)

How old is she? My 3yo absolutely loves nursery and she's made great little friends there. Her older brother missed 18mo of socialising in groups with his peers because of covid and I feel I can see a big difference between them.

DD went to nursery full time from 9 months, me and DH needed to work. She's now a well adjusted, happy and bright 10 yr old so doesn't seem to have done her any harm.
