Breaking out of swaddle

We have a tommee tippee sleeping bag swaddle where arms are in but the poppers can be opened for arms out. We keep our 7 week old arms in however in the past week or so I've noticed she gets her hands up at the neck and keeps her hands near to her face. I've tried arms out but she does not sleep well as still has the reflex and wakes herself up - any advice for transitioning? She broke the zip of the swaddle last night that's how determined she is 😂

My eldest was very deterimined to sleep with his arms by his face. we used these (not cheap but can often be found second hand on eBay etc)

@SatinHeart thank you for that but we tried it the other week and she would not settle at all with it. I really liked the idea of them too.
