MAM dummy dupe?

The only dummy I've got my baby to take is MAM air 0-6m. I've not tried any of the other mam ones so my first question is - are they all the same teat?
Second question is does anyone know any dupes because they are just SO UGLY. And also so expensive.

Tesco used to do dups for the MAM dummies. My youngest is 3 so no idea if they still do sorry.

I think they're all the same tests btw, I think they only change when you change sizes.

The dummies change in size of teat as you go up (0-2, 2-6, 6+ etc) but from 12m+ there are two types of teats, I think one is orthodontic so slightly flatter
