3 year old vomiting antibiotic

Hello,

My 3 year old was given antibiotics for H Pylori, he's taking Omeprazole, Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin twice a day. He's fine with the first two, but the bitter taste of Clarithromycin makes him gag to the point of vomiting. I dipped my finger into some and the horrid taste didn't leave my mouth for half an hour, so I can only imagine what a full syringe tastes like for him.

Any advice on what I can do to make him able to hold it down? I'm so worried he get rid of the stomach bacteria without the combined medication
