Did osteopathy help your newborn?

My little girl who is now 7 weeks old has got progressively worse at BFing. Her latch has become soo shallow and she chokes and splutters at the breast and pulls off a lot. I do have a fast let down too which doesn't help the situation. It's making her very unsettled. However , she is thriving and stacking on weight so no concern there.
There is a thought she may have tongue tie so I'm seeing someone next week about it but wouldn't rush to get it cut anyway as she latched so well initially.
She's become increasingly fussy in the day time and hard to get to sleep ( I think because of reflux and wind caused by a poor latch).
Has anyone seen an osteopath for these sorts of issues? They are expensive but if it helps then I'll try it. Please share your experiences, good or bad.

Yes, my nephew saw a cranial osteopath for similar. It was really helpful. He saw a very highly recommended osteopath who works with a lactation clinician at the local hospital on a study to look at the impact of cranial osteopathy on reducing the need for tts to be cut. His clinic have a free service for babies who are referred by GP or HV for parents on a low income.

Meant to say almost immediate reduction in fussiness (after a difficult birth) and more gradual help with latching. I would try to get a recommendation though.
