Dr Browns Bottle teat sizes!

hello everyone! Just wondering if anyone has had the same thing..
DS is 16 weeks and has gone through a real bottle refusal stage. He had always struggled with feeding tbf and he has a tongue tie which was only snipped at 10 weeks. Never really made much difference tbh.
he went from finishing 6oz bottles to barely drinking 2. He was in the size 2 mam teats. I tried the threes and he just cried on the bottle still or refused altogether. He’s been doing well with the dr browns bottles size 2 teats but still seems to take ages to drink w couple oz then he loses interest and won’t have anymore.
i tried him on the size 3 teats just to give it a go and see and he is drinking 6/7oz bottles everytime and happily too. He is dribble a lot and has coughed a couple of times. So I know the flow is a little fast for him. But he really won’t finish even 5oz with the 2s and that’s over about 45 mins! Has anyone else had this? Obv they are marketed for 6+ months but I know he has a crap suck ! He isn’t ever a sicky baby, did query silent reflux when he was younger but no evidence of that anymore except from his difficulty drinking!
