Hello:)
I was wondering if anyone has this or has experienced it ...
basically for a good 3 years now- I keep forgetting peoples names and muddling them up . I also call my children 3 or 4 different names sometimes before I get to the correct name . I have 4 children for reference .
I even called my youngest my cats name this morning !? I'm starting to worry as I can't exactly say it's baby brain as my youngest is almost2 ... I also loose track of what I'm saying relatively quickly in a conversation ! And say ummmm constantly to try think of a correct word. I've googled and worried this is serious . Anyone else ? Help calm me down ladies .

Are you peri menopausal? I've gone very forgetful since I hit peri. I'm also a bit rubbish if I'm tired.

How old are you?

Tiredness, stress, perimenopausal, low iron levels...etc, a lot of different things can cause brain fog & forgetfulness.

Get your thyroid checked - i get bad brain fog etc when mines playing up. Or it could just be the exhaustion of having 4 kids tbh!
