Language resources for 1-year-old? Muzzy/alternatives?

Just got a Muzzy leaflet through the door and read the old threads about this - would be interested in any further views plus alternative suggestions for getting a 12mo's 'ear' in to a foreign language.

Thanks LizS, yes I've read all the old Muzzy threads but still haven't come up with any recommendations of alternatives
