17 month old suddenly started tiptoe walking

Hi all my 17 month old has suddenly started tip toe walking regularly. I googled and now I'm stressed. Has anyone else experienced their child/children doing this. He's been walking normally since he was 12 months old.

Is he constipated at all? My DD used to walk on tiptoes when she was constipated.

My little one started doing this at the same age, on and off, having started walking normally at 13 months. He’s 2 now and fine, very chatty and sociable and no signs of autism (if that’s what you are worrying about?). He still toe walks from time to time.

Yes that's what I'm worried about as it's the first thing that comes up when you Google. I know don't Google but it happens !! Thanks for updating xx
