Hello,
I have posted many times about my baby girl and her sleep but I'm still confused 😕. If she has an afternoon nap that finishes at 4pm or after I usually get her ready for bed at 6.30pm and she's asleep by 7pm which is usually ok for her. However if she wakes from her last nap at 3pm or half 3 should I start bedtime routine at 6pm and aim to get her asleep by 6.30pm or is this too early? Has anyone else done this or do you try and get baby to have another nap? And if they are asleep by 6.30pm what time are they usually awake in the morning? She still wakes at least once for a night time feed.
Thank you for any help

I have an almost 6 month old. If his nap ended too early, we would push the bedtime back by 15-20 minutes. Ours went down around 7, but give or take 20-30 mins depending on the naps. He wakes twice for a feed, goes right back to sleep, then wakes up for the day at 6.30am, without fail.

We sleep trained for bedtime and later for naps which helped a lot so we didn't have to change his bedtime very often after that.
