Toddler poo - would this worry you?

DS is 14 months, weaned onto cows milk about 6 weeks ago. Poos are horrendous, very smelly and no form to them at all, ranges from very sticky paste like to sloppy to almost diarrhoea-like. Very pale in colour, sometimes almost white. Genuinely can’t remember the last time he did a properly formed “normal” brownish poo. He’s seen a doctor twice, once due to colour and once due to a phase where they were so loose they were literally running down his leg every time (this went on for 10 days). Doctors have said it’s within the range of normal, probably caused by having a cold etc, but has anyone else experienced this? Wondering if he could be intolerant to something but he’d surely have other symptoms? Help!

Has this only started since being on cows milk? Was he on formula before and did you wean onto cows milk?
maybe it’s too rich for him and needs to gently transition. Have you tried stopping the cows milk and seeing if there is a difference?
