Nanit query - what to wear?!

Can't seem to find the answer to this in any of nanit's literature, or online.
Those with the Nanit monitor - I've a six week old baby who we dress in the nanit swaddle at night.,
At the moment, he's in a vest, long sleeved baby gro and the swaddle. He wakes up a lot, much more than our first.

The swaddle in one thin bit of fabric, I wonder if he might be too cold?
We keep the room at 20 degrees - but on their website Nanit recommend 20-22 degrees? I thought that was regarded as too warm?
Can anyone advise what they generally dress their newborns in whilst using the namit swaddle - and what temperatures you're having the room at? Thanks!!

My baby was/is a lot colder than we are. He definitely likes his room warm. I'd say put the temperature up a bit.

And this is why I hated the Nanit! If there was a solution for a winter baby I didn’t find it. He was cold in the swaddle, we tried a regular sleeping bag with the Nanit band but it kept giving red alerts as it couldn’t read its own band on a baby that small, or at all, IDK, but it was so stress inducing. And then he also rolled early so going back to the swaddle and pumping the heating was no longer an option either. This was 4 years ago though so maybe they’ve improved it since? But our solution was return Nanit as not fit for purpose and instead buy a 2.5 tog grosnuggle bag and an owlet sock, which by contrast was absolutely flawless.

Find out the tog of the swaddle (might be 1tog?) then adjust the room temp and/ or other layers according to the guides you can find online for nighttime layers
