9 week old pooping mucus (Anti-AllergyMilk)

My baby is 9 weeks old, he was 4 weeks early. He has been on nutramigen 1 allergy milk for about 5 weeks now.

The past two weeks his temperature is up and down, it doesn't stay high for long at all but goes up and down. I did go to the doctors and he said he can't pin point what's causing the temperature.

For the past 8/9 days he's had watery dark green poops with mucus in. Every bottle he has a watery-oily poop follows. We can hear his tummy turning while drinking too.

Today his poops have been pure mucus and he seems in pain when passing.

He had his 8 week check (at 9 weeks 🤦‍♀️) yesterday and the doctor didn't seem concerned but he's gone from being a content baby to in pain and bitting and bobbing with his bottles.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice please?

Thankyou in advance.
