ADHD or just immature?
just turned 7 year old always has been and continues to be so silly, energetic, loud and makes silly noises. Im at a loss is this a sign of hyperactive ADHD or a young immature boy?
ive raised with school but no concerns yet. I guess it not impacting his day to day more mine! Forever telling him to calm down and stop being silly. I worry his friends will start to find him 'too much' no idea where to turn to! Any referrals would be dismissed based on my concerns!
he has just been diagnosed as having an overactive bladder and I read theres a link between this and ADHD
any help would be greatly appreciated

7 year olds should be silly, energetic and loud. Unless you have genuine behavioural concerns, stop trying to label your child with a condition and make him change just because a child being a child gets on your nerves.

7 year olds are annoying. It might be a case of he is fine in school and needs to let off steam at home and in the playground. I would pack his evenings with sports clubs so at least it's focused!
