5mo has whitehead on her finger?

Hi everyone, my 5mo DD has had this whitehead on her finger for the last week or so. It doesn't seem to be going away on it's own. Any remedies? Obviously don't want to pop it, would sudocrem help? She puts her hands in her mouth a lot so haven't tried anything topical yet. Doesn't seem to bother her at all at least

I just started applying breastmilk into it at every feed and within a day it dried up and fell off! Worried for nothing haha
