Throat ulcers - 11 week old

I posted a thread the other day about DS’s reaction to the rotavirus vaccine. He’s only just started to get better (12 days post vaccine) but his cry is so hoarse. I put it down to the fact he’s been screaming for the past week, but tonight I’ve spotted two big ulcers very far back in his throat.

I will ring the Health Visitot for advice in the morning. He has no signs of infection and is feeding fine now that his stomach is settling down. I don’t need to ring 111 or anything do I? It’s ok to wait until morning?

also, has anyone experienced something similar in a small baby and is there anything I can give him to soothe him. Bonjela is 6+ months.
