Baby has multiple vomiting episodes

My dd is 11 months old. She has mild/moderate CMPA and is still breastfeeding. She can usually tolerate me eating small amounts of dairy, but none herself. We’ve been referred to the dietician but still waiting for the first appointment. Her weight gain is perfect, she’s actually gone up from the 9th to the 50th centile since weaning.

This is our third occasion now of severe vomiting. She’s been projectile vomiting since 9pm last night. She breastfeeds and will vomit it all up minutes later. Keeps vomiting up clear mucus too. She ate some breakfast but has been refusing food and water since, she still wants to breastfeed but will sick it up straight away. I’ve called 111 and waiting for a call back from the doctor, but just wondering if anyone else has had experience with this? We’ve been to the doctors a few times about it but they always send us away as she’s not losing weight or dismissing it as a stomach virus. She’s perfectly well in herself, just constant vomiting.

unsure if it could be an additional allergy, but surely it can’t be normal to be projectile vomiting for 12+ hours on multiple occasions? Fed up of being fobbed off with well she’s not losing weight 🙄

Does she have any respiratory symptoms? My LO had multiple rounds of projectile vomiting with COVID, and then RSV two weeks later. Might be worth trying saline nasal drops before feeds? This was what A&E recommended.
