18 month old with a cold. I normally really enjoy our Tuesdays off, she’s a lovely child, but today has been awful.
She has a bad night last night, split night and multiple wakings. I got her to sleep at 530 after an hour and a half awake, then her brother woke at 630. She slept in until 730. Then our usual activity was cancelled. We did something else but all the mums there knew one another. She fell asleep on the way back but only slept for twenty minutes and woke angry. For the rest of the afternoon she’s been so grumpy and tearful. She just wants me to hold her but she’s heavy. And I have another child who’s being ignored.
Just a vent. Nearly bed time. Sort of.
