Those of you who have a Montessori house floorbed for your child(ren), what age did they outgrow it? I would like a small double for longevity. Something like the image.

How big is it? You can sleep in a floor bed forever if it’s the right size. An actual adult sized small double would last them until the are adults with a partner sleeping over, except for that awkward frame above (I wouldn’t go with that option because limits your access, for example if they are unwell and you need to lie down with them, or they are sick and you need to get in there to clean).

The image looks toddler bed sized to me, which still lasted my dc until they were 6.

Never. Standard single. Mine will use til that leave home

@mindutopia the one in the image is a small double. I’m just wondering if the style would be too babyish from 6 above.

Mine were in my bed on the floor until just before they were two and I moved them into a proper bed and used bed guards.
