3 year old bedtime issues

My daughter is 3 next month and for the last god knows how many months, I’ve sat with her to fall asleep , and then without fail every single night at between 12 and 1 she wakes up screaming for me because obviously I’m no longer there. And then I end up asleep in her room.
im soon to be moving her into her older sisters room so they will be together (she is 4.5 years old) I’m yet to do it because I’m worried the constant waking will wake my other daughter up and she will be knackered for school!
how to I get this sorted ? Thanks!

Have you told her that you don't go to bed as early as her and that you'll be in your bed when she wakes up? I'm sorry that is probably sound really obvious but my 3 year old knows this and just comes into my room to get me when he wakes up. We have a night light on the landing so it's easy for him to come through.

You could do a fun sleepover for the girls in her sisters room on a weekend night as a trial run to see if that helps her too.

If you're looking for sleep through advice I have no idea!
