So baby was on size 1 teats but not sure if he was gulping too much and causing reflux to get worse so I have gone to 0. He is nearly 6 weeks and worried it will be too slow. Has anyone continued to use size 0

It really depends on the baby. They recommend that babies who are both breastfeeding and bottlefeeding to remain on size 0 as long as possible to mimic the breastfeeding flow. So it definitely isn't any harm to say on it in that sense. You'll usually know if its too slow because they get frustrated during the feed and start taking a lot longer to finish their feeds. My baby also started making this clicking noise on the bottle where it was like he was sucking so hard he'd lose the grip and that would make the noise.
Also maybe look into paced bottle feeding if you're worried baby is just gulping too fast.
