Really struggling with new ideas for my 9pm tk olds meals, she does have a cows milk allergy but I find alternative butters, cheeses etc. she's going well with solids and chewing so don't find I need to mash everything. She currently has things like toast, weetabix, pancakes, yoghurt, mash with veg and gravy. It's mainly breakfast and lunch and snacks I'm struggling with. Anyone have any ideas?

My daughter is 9 months old now and to be honest she pretty much just has some of whatever I have!

Breakfast she typically has things like porridge, toast, crumpets, pancakes, weetabix, omelettes, sausage/egg/beans, I make a fruit loaf type thing which she has, oat bars I make and then pop in fridge (could also be a snack).

Snacks she has fruit/veg, cucumber, strawberries, raspberries, banana, yoghurt, baby snacks like the Ellas Kitchen ones for example she loves!

Lunch she pretty much has a smaller portion of whatever I have, so jacket potato, pasta bake, toastie, risotto, chicken/rice, anything I have she also has :)
