What ‘symptoms’ did you experience when your 2 year old started cutting their final molars? My little girl seems very irritable and has the usual red cheek. Is loose nappies with the final stages of teething still a thing? Please help 🤞🏻 one anxious mama

Following with interest Op as my 22 month old is showing some of the symptoms but not all. Has had 16 teeth since he was 18 months so we have had a bit of a break, but has been excessively chewing his fingers at the back of his mouth for a few weeks now, and if you ask if it’s sore he points to the back of his gums. Irritability has ramped up this week (along with a rotten cold) so think they’re on the way, we also have the red cheek! I’m scared as the canines were particularly bad 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think my 18 month old is cutting her second set and it’s been an absolute nightmare 🥺 she’s has had constant re-occurring temperature dribbling, gone off her food a little. She has started clenching her legs and we thought she could have a water infection but she’s been tested and told she was ok and told it could be due to her teething and making her wee acidic 🫣
