Bad nappy rash

Hi

What are you using now Metanium has gone?!

Her nappy rash is so bad it's starting to bleed.

Does it call for a GP visit for something stronger than I can buy?

Never had it this bad before or with my first.

I needed fucidin cream from the GP when it got to the bleeding stage. Also loads of no-nappy time.

I've got some Sudosalve in stock for when the Metanium tube runs out :/

I had fucidin cream from the GP too, but when it gets to the bleeding stage it should be seen soon.

We had this problem when I was on antibiotics and breastfeeding, so my baby had a fungal rash in her nappy. It was hard to treat, and the only thing that helped was nappy-free mornings and after baths. I had to wash lots of towels, but her rash looked a little better each time.

The fucidin worked (a little) and then I moved on to Bepanthem.

Good luck.
