Hello,

My child goes up to pre school very soon. His key worker has honestly been incredible, she has helped him and bonded with him more than I can explain and we will miss her so much.. I want to get her something special but I have no idea what!
What sort of things do you buy for a key worker at your child's nursery?

Thank you

Stick with edible things, I think gifts meant to last can be a minefield not knowing their taste or what they have already. I'd probably go for some bakery cupcakes, or a luxury biscuit/ chocolate selection.

How much do you want to spend? My DD always bought her kids key workers spa / beauty vouchers when they moved up to the next room.

Seasalt socks (even better if you can get them in the sale) and a box of chocolates are my go to present for nursery staff. I also get a book or two for the room (charity shop/the works)

We went classic/cheesy with a personalised "worlds greatest nursery teacher" mug, plus some chocolates. If nothing else they can use it in the staff room.
