I mean...why does it matter if Sarah comes along and says she uses 2, and Jane comes along and says she uses 12....?

Of course it matters, some people will use 1, down 12 because of bowel issues or mental health reasons

4-5 usually. 5 a day for a fortnight would be plenty because there probably are some days we may even use less than that.
Change in the morning, change at nap time, change when he does a poo and change when he goes to bed.

At 18 months I'd maybe say 1 every 2-3 hours depending on diet so assuming awake 12 hours per day at least 6 per day and an extra for overnight (I had twins so often bulk bought ahead 😅)

Varied massively wheb DS was that age.

Some days 5 some days 3 some days 7...

I get why you're asking but it'd going to vary massively across the board.

We did cloth bum at that point. Changed every 2-3 h and 1 overnight. We probably did 5-6 day nappies plus the overnight, we were changing

5 a day for 2 weeks is 70, 6 a day is 84. Two packets would be 80+ depending on size and brand. I'd send two packs. If they go through them would it be fairly easy for them to get extras?

3 kids so honesly not a great answer. We used from 2 to 10. Avarage of 5 I suppose. Nursery changed some of course. I used clotch nappies for the oldeste two.
