Neonatal herpes or baby acne

Hi, looking for a bit of advice. Does this look like NH ( for anyone that has had it before) or just normal baby ache?

I am a carrier but I have only had one flare up 8 years ago.

Hi op I can see you're probably freaking out right now, I think it looks like baby acne, but I'm not medical so I think if you're really worried you should get baby looked at.
