Hello everyone

I'm just looking for a few ideas of meals for my 11month old, because he isn't really eating the baby food in pots/Trays that are from supermarket.

So I'm just looking for a few meal ideas please

Thank you

What type of things do you eat? I just make extra if what we have without added salt

pasta dishes
eggs / omelettes & toast
soup & toasties
cottage pie
banana pancakes (something like this

I do make a really nice hidden veg pasta sauce my baby eats loads of I put basically any veg I have in with tins of tomato’s and herbs and blend it

Something like this www.happyveggiekitchen.com/tomato-pasta-sauce-for-babies/

same with soup - heaps of veg blended in

Assuming you eat a balanced diet that includes protein, carbs and plenty fruit and veg, and not too much salt, just give him what you are eating.

The best way to encourage him to eat is to cut down on his milk. At this age they only need around 13.5 Floz a day.

So I'm the morning go straight to breakfast.

You could try things like:

Smooth nut butter on toast

Ready Brek with mashed banana added

Weetabix milk and berries

Eggy bread

Egg, Toast & Tomatoes

There's some good suggestions here or you could try making something like Salmon Pasta for both of you?
