Mine was breakfast soon after waking (7am ISH), breastfeed whenever wanted usually around 10am, lunch 12pm, breastfeeding again as wanted say approx 3pm, tea 5-6pm, breastfeed again to sleep 7/8pm
No snacks as she ate big portions at mealtimes

Caroline Walker have produced a good guide to feeding babies here. Have a look from page 77.

It includes schedules, suggested menus and suggested portion sizes Wink

No problem. I've read their one for Teens when DS was eating junk non-stop and it really helped Wink

My third DC is currently 8 months, so almost there. This is what we do and roughly what I did with my other DC.
breakfast 7am-ish: Full Bottle (formula) and small portion of baby porridge

lunch 11am-ish: Puree of a vegetable, grain, and protein. Today was courgette, rice and salmon. I prep and freeze them. He also has a bottle of formula but I might give him less depending on how much he’s eaten.

afternoon 3pm-ish: Fruit puree mixed with something like yoghurt, porridge, or weetabix etc. Another bottle.

dinner 6pm-ish: same idea as lunch but a different puree that I’ve prepped. He’ll snack on a few baby puff sticks in the high chair while we get everyone to the table.

before bed 8pm-ish: Full bottle with some night cereal mixed in.

DC3 starts nursery soon, and that’s also the food schedule they do. My DC1 is the world’s best eater, while my DC2 is the world’s fussiest eater. I followed exactly the same process with both of them so… I don’t know!
