Hi, my DD has just started school and over the last couple of months she’s had one or two accidents (pee) and her sleep has become awful she’s waking up after only sleeping for about an hour and a half and then she’s awake all night, I’ve spoken to family members and friends and they have said not to worry and that it’s normal but I just can’t help but feel is this a regression? Will she grow out of it or is it serious and I have to make an appointment with the GP?
Please no mean comments I just want to know as I’ve been a bit worried the last few weeks, thanks.

Of course it’s normal. She has had a major change in her life and has loads more to remember than usual.

She's only 3!!! A couple of accidents at the age of three is normal. Sleeping will sort itself out - when you say she's started school, presumably you mean pre-school/nursery?

Thanks both, yeah she’s started nursery part time she has in the last couple of months.
Yeah it makes sense totally just worried as she went months and months with no accidents and slept like a dream and then all of a sudden not sleeping at all, hitting out, getting really angry then having a few accidents.
Makes sense as you said there’s way more to remember before and I didn’t think of it that way, thanks!
