Hi all, my 18 month old has always been a good sleeper... Going up to bed at 6.30 and normally asleep by 7pm waking up between 5 and 6am... Now he is waking at 4am and also not napping for long during the day 45mins maximum. I have tried later bed time but still wakes early and has more of a disturbed night. Any advice would be much appreciated 😊
