Deciding on a second baby as a working mom

Hello everyone,

I have moved to the UK 4 years ago so no relatives or close friends here.
Had my first one in 2022 and now she is 2.5 and things are getting easier so I have an itch to have a second.
But I do remember how much we struggled to look after her without any help from family or friends. It was like a hell until she was 1.
I and DH are both full time working and I can get maternity leave up to 9 months.
I am 39 now so I think a decision should be made by this year as I don't want to go through pregnancy after 40.

Just wanted to hear other’s thoughts in the same situation.

Would you push your limits to have a second? Does it affect my mental health badly?
